Delivery of artwork to addresses within a reasonable travel time from the studio in north Cornwall can be discussed and collection from the studio can be arranged.
Canvas prints are printed, framed and dispatched from bases globally and originals are sent from the UK so please allow adequate delivery time.
For mainland UK orders, items will usually be despatched 2 to 4 days after placing an order. If there is likely to be a delay in despatch (for example if I am away from home at the time the order is received) I will contact you to advise when you should expect to receive your item.
Free Worldwide Shipping: I am pleased to offer free standard shipping on all items, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. Whilst I cover the total cost of transit to your destination country, please note that free shipping does not automatically include local border taxes, import duties, or customs handling fees applied by your country's government.
Taxes and Import Duties at Checkout: Where legally required and technically supported, applicable local sales taxes, VAT, and estimated import duties will be calculated and added to your total order at checkout. I utilize dynamic local pricing to ensure complete cost transparency whenever upfront calculation is possible.
Additional Customs Fees & Buyer Responsibility: Because customs thresholds and processing requirements vary significantly by country, there may be instances where local authorities issue separate charges before final delivery. Any additional localized customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes levied at the border remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser at the time of delivery. Packages refused due to unpaid customs charges may be subject to return shipping costs.
